ANSWER: They weren’t invented.
2. How does it work?
ANSWER: By putting the pin in the month and looking where the shadow falls.
3. How do you think it would affect your life if you didn’t have an accurate way to tell the time?
ANSWER: This one is up to you but we think it would have been very difficult. Imagine arriving at school as soon as the sun came up because you didn’t have a watch!
